Kit contains are that is required, strong shingles but some sheets have bitumen marking the faces.
The pack had everything needed and easily covered my 10.5 sq m roof with more than a few to spare The shingles are thick, strong and easy to fit together but too many had bitumen from the backing marking the faces. Not the fault of the suppliers who were very helpful but if the manufacturers packed them face to face instead of all face up this may have prevented the marking. The bitumen backing under the tear off strips was not very sticky but this may have been related to the temperature when the shingles were fitted, the instructions did specify that the temperature should be above 12deg C. However the adhesive supplied was effective when used on the shingles and at the edges.

well they have been up now for over 2 years and have been through some strong winds including a gale force wind and survived on a pitch at 22 degree roof. so can only think the product is excellent and that i've laid then in an excellent manner. (i did follow their fitting instructions).
