CYSKY Bike Handlebar End Plugs Bar Caps 1 Pair Bicycle Handlebar Grips Bar End Cap for Most Bicycle, Mountain Bike, Road Bike, MTB, BMX (Blue)

Bought a pair of these to replace the plugs which fell our of my Cervelo S3. They were a life-saver as my handlebars must have gotten kinked at some point when the bike fell. Just a week before a triathlon the plugs both came out and the technical marshalls won't let you race without them. These arrived within a week and I had them installed in about twenty minutes - you just screw them in and they press against the inside of the handlebar to keep them secure.I did an eight hour race over the roughest roads I've ever cycled and they stayed in perfectly. Impressed.

Took a while to hold tape in with these caps as they are a little smaller than normal end caps , but if you ensure there's plenty of tape left at the end of the bars to tuck in they're great as you just hold and screw in they self tighten inside the bar and it's ideal the old plastic ones would not keep the tape tight as these do

These look great installed but I did have a major issue with one of them. When fitting and tightening the nut which is moulded into the black plastic expanded which opens inside the bar to hold it in snapped and the nut came out with the screw and end cap. I had to modify it with an extra bold and strong glue.I'm not the most gentle and can be heavy handed sometimes but I genuinely feel like this gave way far to easily and before it felt like it was in tight enough to keep the end cap in securely.

My initial thoughts were that they felt a bit cheap. However, they felt solid on installation and i have every confidence that they will remain in place. Look good too, perfect replacement for the shoddy push fit ones that came with the bike but fell out.

Fitted standard drop bars without any issue. Took seconds to fit. They look good and really smarten the look of the handlebars and seem to be durable. Very pleased.

Terrible product. Used them the day they were delivered and I put the first one in no problem. The 2nd one as I was screwing it in snapper inside. The plastic secured is now stuck internally in the handlebar. Poor quality.

Used a torque wrench to fit one side no problem at all, barely got the bite on the other and the plastic snapped leaving the plug loose with no way of tightening. Pretty useless.
