Q: How strong is the aroma? I'm adding a little to a face mask (with several other mild-smelling ingredients) & want a good smell using a small amount

My sample had a nice smell but but was not very strong. I am using it as part of a powder and for face pack, along with other things. it is not as strong as the essential oil, for example. My face pack is about 1/4 to 1/3 sandalwood and It I can tell it is in there, but it is not strong, just a slight smell, but that is ok for me. If I only had a tablespoon in my face pack, I might not pick it up. I don't think you can expect the same intensity as you would get from the essential oil. Hope this helps.
