Q: What happens if the sensor get submerged? Guessing no signal, at a minimum. Not a lot of water depth allowed. Does it make it toast?

No, it won't hurt the sensor. It is made to get wet so it will activate the dial out feature. You wouldn't want the control unit to get wet though.

Q: Will this call more tham one phone number?

nope just one, but you can bypass that with google voice. have it call that number and set that number to ring multiple phone lines.

Q: Can the siren alarm be disabled? (Phone alert only)

I imagine the control box could be opened and the alarm mechanism destroyed/removed, otherwise, NO. There is no switch to disable it. Switch option seems easy, but I cannot imagine why it would be of much use. See answer 1.

Q: How many additional sensors can you use with this item?

My experience and knowledge leads me to believe that only one will work. very Low Voltage and 15 feet is about the max distance for reliable use. I have installed dozens of these items new sump pits and water problem areas, ie: hot water tanks, water pressure tanks and the like. I sensor *1 alarm panel to be sure. And they work like a million bucks.
