All of the necessary rounder's equipment comes included; namely a wooden rounder's bat and a felt-covered ball. Much like baseball, scoring points in a rounder's game requires players to hit the ball with the bat when it's bowled by the opposition. And just like bad behaviour at school, children get three chances before being eliminated. If they hit the ball, players make their way around a circuit consisting of four bases. If the bowling team bowls the base that the batter is running to then the batter is out. If a batter is concerned about being bowled during a run, they can stop at a base and wait for a teammate to bat the ball before continuing their circuit. If a player completes a circuit without being bowled they score points for their team. Bowlers and batters switch around once all players from the batting team have been eliminated. Children will have tremendous fun bowling the ball, swinging the bat and completing point winning circuits with the Toyrific rounder's bat & ball set.
