My Naturopathic Doctor recommended this. I was able to reduce the amount of my anxiety meds. By 1/3 & I hope to get off it completely. One drawback, it must be taken 3 times a day, where as my prescription med. is once a day. Its healthier & think it's worth it.

I started using this product thanks to a friend who recommended to me. So far so good! I'm using it for depression. The doctors wanted to give me different types of medications. But this one work great! So much that I don't even need to use other meds. Just give it time to build in your system

Usually dietary supplements have an expiration date on them. These do not!! Therefore I am apprehensive to taking them and would like either a bottle with an expiration date on them or a refund.

This helped the depression and anxiety very well. No more anxiety symptoms, no more depression oriented exshaustion/positive thinking\nicer mood.However there was a negative side effect as with some SSRIs, I lost sensation down below and with that went desire.So although it helped so many things it ended up not being worth it because those side effects can be depressing.I decided to try something else, but it's not that way to everyone. I took it at recommended dose every day, my psychologist said perhaps just taking 2 a day can help circummavigate that symptom.
