Damaged spool of thread - not from shipping!
I have been ordering sewing supplies for several years. I sat down to sew a new dress, yesterday, with this thread. As I was filling the bobbin, it stopped. After the first layer or two of thread had been used, it was obvious that this spool was damaged. It appeared to have been cut multiple times. Totally, unusable. I have never seen anything like it! Refund, please.

This thread is not fit for purpose it certainly is not suitable for sewing machine work the best you can hope for is to tack something in place before you actually properly stitch. the thread is so weak it's snapped very very easily I actually bought this because I believed it to be a stronger thread so that I could fix the zip but this is not the case very very very unhappy with this product
