I bought this brand because the company makes good products--I've got a lot of their ankle compression sleeves and they have survived constant use and tons of washings for several years. I wore this to play pickleball, hoping it would improve the golfer's elbow pain. No improvement on the first day, but I will update later.

The fit don’t feel comfortable and it’s only one piece in a box, even if the box show two of them.

I am a small female and bought the small size and this product is very tight. I tried wearing it during the day and it is difficult to bend the elbow and eventually bothersome. At night in bed is okay as long as you don't bend your arm while asleep. I think this would be most uncomfortable for the general population that thinks a small would be ok for them, especially if you are male. The product did pill a little bit when machine washed on gentle cycle, but that's ok for me. The product is thicker than expected so I will keep it.

It felt like it would provide great support, but it dug into my upper arm so much I just could not tolerate it. I am not a small person, I wear about a 14-16 in womens clothing, but this was so tight on my upper arm that I could not keep it in for more than a few minutes.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I noticed there are several other similar items for sale at higher prices. This one works just fine for my needs. Highly recommend.

Fits snug and provides support, yet still flexible. It could be just a bit thinner. And my grandkids think it looks cool!

Sizing is still sketchy I did all their measurements and it seemed to need a small. But its so tight It cuts off circulation and my wife threw away the box so. Just double check best you can
