Not good material. Ripped under both arms first time my granddaughter wore it. Bought it so she could take it to disneyland. Couldn't fix because the material shredded. Doesn't look like the picture. It's not ruffley like in the picture, just printed sheer material hangs over the dark layer underneath. Good price, poor construction, very thin material.
