This is great! I inoculated the plugs in Willow logs in Spring and in the Fall I have harvested gray oyster mushroom 3 times already.

Selling infected garbage.
Every single plug was infected with something other than oysters. I tried growing in the same environment as many other fungi, and only these were infected. Do not waste your time and money.

Made me hungry
They came in pretty good time, and had really well written instructions. When I began to "plant" these in the log, however, I became aware of the smell. The plugs smell like mushrooms, so they smell good, and made me hungry. But yeah, based on what I know, great product here.
