My sister in law recommended highly. She told me her doctor in Atlanta recommended them highly. My doctor in Charlotte had never heard of them. They are a little pricey, especially with directions to take 6 a day. They do take the place of my multivitamin. They also keep me regular. Getting older it is needed.

I started to take this multivitamin during perimenopause. Full disclosure: I took the Optivite multivitamin from this same company for over 25 years to mitigate my PMS symptoms, so I figured the Gynovite multivitamin would work for menopause. It has! It won't prevent hot flashes, but my blood test results for calcium, B vitamins, and magnesium are where they should be for my age.

These vitamins really made a difference in my life. I was low on energy and although I am postmenopausal I was still anemic. A good friend recommended I try these vitamins specific for women to improve my stamina, anemia, and retrieve my energy levels. I have to say I have never felt better since using this product. I highly recommend it for any woman premenopausal or menopausal.

I had high hopes from reviews but developed swelling in my legs and stomach and then also insomnia from taking this. This was only new thing I've taken and I even went to dr. to get checked out and came out with a clean bill of health, was told to stop the vitamins. After stopping my swelling and insomnia went away. It says before you purchase its elgible for a refund or return and that's a fat lie. Tried returning and it won't even let me contact the seller for refund. Very disappointed that I'm out the money.
