Good but...
Lightweight, easy to inflate. I'd recommend a buff-neck gaiter suggestion list for a "pillow case". I've seen people create attachments for pad straps. (I like big sky's cozy, that's why I'm trying it.)

Comfortable, super light, and packable. Durable? - not so much
There are always compromises in life. I love this pillow because, even with my ounce counting sensibilities, it allows me to have a super comfortable pillow on backpacking and climbing trips.Last trip I was a little careless and jammed it in my climbing pack to find it had 3 small holes in the body. I stuck a few pieces of tear aid type-A patch over the holes before bed and its all good again, no leakage. It's delicate, but this is a fair price to pay (for me) considering the excellent comfort, weight, pack size, and cost.As for comfort, its been said already, but the thickness keeps my spine aligned and reduces back, neck, maybe even hip pain. the divot shape keeps your head from flopping to the side when back sleeping. Excellent. The weight and pack size are ridiculous. Almost non-existent. Good as it gets.

A good core of a pillow
This, and a good pillow case would be part of a great back country sleep system.

Revising my review after several years. Original title: "Dream Leaker. Deflated on first night."
In 2019, this pillow punctured itself because of a sharp corner on the valve. I gave it a negative review. However, I fixed the leak with a thick bead of Aquaseal, which prevented it from puncturing itself again. Almost four years later, that repaired pillow is still my go-to.Its the quality control is horrible? Yes. Can you excuse a pillow that punctures itself? No, But..........it’s the lightest, thickest pillow I’ve been able to find. The TPU also feels somehow less plasticky. Just a bare bones bladder, no fabric, no fluffiness.I know the major design flaw and how to remedy it…And now you do to. Trust the devil you know. I’m buying another.Original review from 2019:Wanted a UL replacement for my Sea to Summit pillow. After coming across some favorable reviews, I ordered the Dream Sleeper. Made sure it inflated upon receiving it last month. Took it out for the first time this weekend. Blew it up and went to sleep but woke to find my face flush atop a deflated sheet of TPU. No discernible leak, so figured it might have been because of the cold temps…Nope. Got home and put it in the tub to find it bubbling up next to the valve (see picture). Should be a great product, but agree with others who say Big Sky has some quality control issues. Amazon doesn’t seem to offer returns on this one, so looks like I’m out $25 and the Dream Sleeper gets a 1 star review. Back to to the Sea to Summit pillow that may be 2 oz heavier, but at least still inflates after 2 years of regular use. Bummer.

Comfortable, lightweight, but not durable enough for backpackers
I really wanted to like this pillow. I saw it heavily recommended for ultralight backpacking. Upon receiving it, I was impressed with the material. It is not a rigid plastic, but actually has a nice "give" to it that makes it quite comfortable to rest your head on. The weight is 1.9oz, making it by far the lightest pillow I've come across. I use a Buff as a pillow case and loved my setup while I was able to use it...I kept waking up with the pillow somewhat deflated. At first I assumed it was due to pressure changes when the temperature drops at night but even after re-inflating it would be low in the morning. Over the next few trips it got worse and worse and now I can definitely confirm that the pillow leaks around the valve. For the most part, I babied this thing. Only used for less than 10 nights total and would gently roll it up when not in use. It's a shame it leaks so easily. I would not recommend buying this pillow

Doesn’t slide!
Way better than my sea to summit pillow, the baffles are parallel to neck and versus perpendicular which causes most sleeping pads to slide or pop out from under your head. Pro Tip: because it’s translucent you can shine your headlamp through it for a lantern effect.

Comfortable and light.
Used a buff as a pillow case. It only got three stars because it won't fit inside the hood of a sleeping bag. On the outside it doesn't stay in place, and you have to zip out of your bag to readjust. Sounds weird but I wish someone would make a camping pillow the shape of a mummy bag hood. My SeatoSummit is a bit heavier but gets the nod because it fits inside the bag so stays put.

Love it, but it didn't last long.
Took on a month long backpacking trip. Used it two nights and it had holes or leaks in the seams after that. Used duct tape to "make do" while on the trip. Most comfortable dang pillow I've ever used but sure wish I knew why it failed so fast! I've ordered another 2 because as I said it IS a dang comfortable pillow…maybe I got a bad one…I'm pretty easy on my gear and kept it in pouch with a soft buff around it for protection. If it would last longer I'd give it a 5 star rating.

Lasted a few hours before leaking air.
It lasted a few hours before it started leaking where the valve connects to the pillow. Because of covid I didn't get to use it for over a month, the first night I used it was the last day of the return window. Would not recommend.

Fragile.
I like everything about this except it is not robust. Went flat the first trip I used it on. Very fragile.
