Gallery Solutions 5x7 Flat Grey Tabletop or Wall Frame with Double White Mat For 4x6 Picture

I am still giving this frame four stars because it is a very good value for the money and is GORGEOUS with the shadow mats. However, I did have one major problem. I was framing a piece of embroidered fabric. I had worked on the project for about five hours. I opened the back of the frame, took out the paper, and laid the fabric on top of the glass and mat. When I turned the picture over and looked at it through the glass, I noticed a large gray stain about the size of my hand on the cloth. I am certain that was not there earlier because I had to stare at this fabric for about five hours and would have noticed. There is absolutely nothing in my work area that could have gotten on it. All I can think was that the dark gray ink from that cover paper transferred to the glass and then transferred to my project. I had to throw away the project and start over. I even tried to wash the stain out with no luck. I tried to contact the manufacturer, but could find no links for doing that on the Amazon website. Therefore, I had no choice but to put it in my review. I still would give the frame four stars but caution everyone to clean the glass before they insert any art. Also, the frame is a little too narrow to be completely sturdy. I could feel it bend if I picked the frame up by one edge. We intend to hang it using the corner hangers that came with it plus Command Strips. I don’t anticipate any problem.

It's hard to find an 8"x8" frame so I was happy when I saw this one. My photo was printed as a 5"x5" so this style had the perfect opening. I really like this frame because it is a nice wood quality and it appears as a medium mahogany. A bonus is the double mat included with the frame. The matting just makes your photo that much more elegant.

I usually don't write many reviews, but these frames are beautiful! I ordered two frames as I had two prints to frame, and I liked the double matting......and I must say I love them. Looks better than I expected.Arrived quickly and very well packaged!!!!Don't hesitate to order them. I will be ordering a couple more.

Bought this as for a bridal shower gift. Originally got a black frame with white mat, but it looked all washed out. Don't overlook using black to make your photo really stand out! It looked so much better in this frame with black mat.

Got this for an 8x10 autographed photo, the double matting keeps the photo from touching the glass, preserving the signature, it's a great alternative solution to spending $70+ on a custom frame

Well made, easy to work with. Unfortunately, the wood is very reddish, not the dark brown/black that is pictured. It is not the complement to the artwork that I was hoping for. I may end up painting/staining the frame myself, and if the result is a little distressed-looking, that will be okay. But this would be another purchase, and some work, so I am not completely happy.

Need a nice frame for an old document. I looked and looked and could not find one that looked special. This one did the trick. I cannot tell you how lovely this frame with black mat makes my document look expensive.

Arrived well packaged. Was easy to install my print and hang on the wall,using the included enclosed plastic corner hardware .

I loved the frame but there were some quality control issues. Two loose wood fibres which when pulled off leave some unstained spots, small and not too noticeable. The wood grains were different on two of the sides so it does not match. I looked at it as a little Boho so the differences don't matter to me but may to some. I do like the frame and the colour is perfect for my use.

The frames are great in every way! They arrived very securely, each packaged individually within a single box. The quality of the wood is above-average and the price is competitive. They can be hung or left to stand alone, and the package comes with very clear instructions for either method.
