Set the year correct!! Lol
Great product aside from the other reviews I bought it to simply hide a Wyze camera in our room. At first glance the camera is not seen however if you do look long enough you will notice the camera. I feel that it does its job at concealing for a at first glance look. Once someone sees the camera they will simply leave. So In my opinion it does its job. One complaint I do have but I feel it’s not a big enough complaint to take away from the review. That complaint is that the buttons are difficult to manuever and the instructions are not clear how to adjust the time. One button is to set the time, date, year, day if the week! One button is to switch between them all. Make sure you set the year to the correct year or the day of the week will be off. It took me a minute to figure that out!

Its a shame that a product with such potential falls short due to poor quality control...
I ordered this almost a 9 months ago so amazon cant verify the purchase but I would like to give you my year in review. The product LOOKS nice.... until you put the white camera in it. The camera is much more noticeable than I expected. That I wont deduct any stars for though because it is hard to judge something like that knowing the camera is white before seeing it in person.Generally speaking the clock works pretty good and people that say they cant set it without instructions (unless they do not all set the same as mine does) are the same ones that don't know where babies come from and are still waiting on the stork to drop them off a little bit of common sense....That is all being said UNTIL you plug the camera in... Once you plug the camera in the clock starts glitching out and flashing all sorts of different ways going bright and dim and changing the numbers. Then I thought maybe if I dropped the recording quality down all the way and turned record sound off, it wouldn't try drawing as much power and fix the glitch? Upon opening the camera on the Wyze app I heard the mic going nuts with all sorts of distorted sounds bouncing to the flicker of the clock and the video capture going in and out. I think the product could possibly be a 4 star product if not 5 with a higher quality clock, maybe even an alarm or Bluetooth option or some USB ports to charge your phone so it isn't a huge black box with a small clock. I think with the black skin for the camera it would do a much better job hiding the camera. Also, because the clock case did not come with a standard AC power adapter, I used the one that came with the Wyze Cam V2. I thought maybe that one wasn't providing enough for the extra draw of the clock as little as it really is... So I tried a Wyze cam pan AC adapter, same thing... Then I even tried a 25watt AC adapter and it made no difference. At this point I decided I would try one last thing before I threw it back on the shelf and just let it sit. I unplugged the camera from the clock where it attaches with a small cord included with the clock kit and I plugged it into the wall in the factory Wyze AC adapter. I then took the USB cable that is powering the clock and I plugged it into the back of the camera to power it. Wouldn't you know it, everything was working as it should. The way the camera is installed in the case prevents you from being able to mount the camera and utilize the usb plug on the back of the camera that would be normally used to daisy chain the cameras or install the bridge for door and motion sensors... I feel this company is selling a sub par product that they have to know has a key defect that would take a whole 5 minutes to fix on their end. Its just another case of a company with horrible quality control selling a product that almost everyone that has reviewed it is experiencing... I would even venture to say those that are not having the problem in their review did the review before fully testing or installing the camera.I am well past my time to return the product because I was hoping maybe a future firmware upgrade might address whatever is causing this but to my dismay nothing is. I plan on modifying the box with a simple 3d printed support for the camera that allows the used to plug in to the back of the camera. Then I plan on taking a AC powered USB hub off amazon, installing it in the case and powering the camera and clock both off the USB hub along with adding the capability to install a couple USB ports on the top and get that added feature. I think it is the cheapest and most cost effective way to turn this useless product into something not only useful but more useful than originally intended. If this company had any conscious they would offer to pay to have all the clocks returned to them to be modified in a way that would fix them. I would be happy to provide the design I am creating for the camera support to anyone interested so you can do this fix yourself.

Could be better
I was expecting something of higher quality. This is pretty much plexiglass glued together with a clock inside (and it can only programmed from the inside). Did a little customization but FYI, be gentle with any drilling. I made another hole into the back of the unit to run an additional power cord into it and I pressed a little too hard on the drill and ended up cracking the plexiglass. All in all, it does its main job of concealing a camera. Be wary when lights are off that you can see the camera if you study it enough. I also made sure to "black out" the camera with some black electrical tape and a marker.

Stay away from Wasserstein!
I’m done with Wasserstein products. The hidden camera and clock was a total waste. I never could get the clock to quit flickering even after I managed to get it working. It might be nice if they had included instructions. Their battery charger for Arlo batteries failed after a few months. Their latex camera covers seem to be ok.

This is exactly what I needed
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to add a hidden wyze camera to my office and was really glad I found this product. It is sturday and well constructed for someone putting it all together by hand (you can tell). The camera installation was pretty straight forward and yes, you DO have to paint or sharpie most of the front and sides of the camera black so it can't be seen. The image quality once inside is also great, much better than I expected.I am taking away 1 start because it didn't come with an AC adapter, not sure why but that is pretty much the only negative thing I can say about this hidden camera clock.Oh, it took me a bit to figure out how to change the time, I managed to change everything else (day, month, year) easy but for some reason I couldnt get to the time in order to change it. Oh well, somehow it did after fiddling around with both buttons.Included photos of how it looks on normal vision, night vision with IR off and night vision with IR on.**EDIT August 7th** Everything still working fine and btw, the flicker on the video is only seen because of the recording fps, in person you DONT see it flicker. This is also the same for the still photos, that's why it's missing information, because of how the camera captures it. In person you can see everything just fine.

It’s petty sweet.
Make sure you paint your camera black. Other than that it’s perfect for what it is. Only problem is how it secures inside, it has a plastic twist mechanism to press on the box against camera. It works but it buts against power wire. Also notice how it plugs. It has power lost. I noticed when I reconnect it back to regular cord. But it’s perfect for what i need it for. Hope full they can make other objects like light bulbs with camera. Power chargers. There cameras are supper awesome and great price point. Also just FYI there are two buttons inside that changes time date and time. It’s tricky two switch the days of the week. Just keep playing with it you will eventually figure it out.

Great idea, poor product.
I love the concept but the functionality leaves a lot to be desired. It is very difficult to set the time and date. Also, the camera picks up every movement of the lights when the numbers change. You end up with a ton of false recordings. I would not purchase this again.
