    Worth every penny

I was a huge skeptic of whether this was legitimate in its claims or not but decided to try it out. I travel to Asia from the US monthly and suffer from terrible jet lag especially on return. I just returned 3 days ago from a 4 day trip and use the Humancharger according to the schedule on the app. Not only did I have almost no exhaustion over my 4 days in China I have had zero issues on return. It seems to encourage very heavy sleep in my case and even a solid 8 hours on the return flight. For frequent travelers like me this is as big as finding eternal youth. I plan to test it again next month but based on this trip am a huge advocate. The design is compact, small and most importantly discreet so I can literally wear it during a meeting if I have to without disturb. Highly, highly recommend this life changing piece of technology and worth every dollar if I don't have to suffer like I used to.

    The Concept Is Great But Hard To Quantify

I am using this light device to help me more quickly regulate my jet lag from travel. I got it after I returned home to the US from Australia, so I couldn't use it in advance to begin the adjustment.My friend from NZ who travels alot said it really helps him. So I am committed to continued use. I also put the earlights in each morning to give myself a little boost during this rainy weather.I'm buying one for a friend who travels alot as a gift. It's just a good idea. And I am a believer because the concept makes sense.

    Humancharger for winter blues works!

I owned the previous version of what was called Valkee, pre-US release. I have used it almost daily throughout the winter months. I love the upgraded new version. The light is bluer, which is shown to be more effective. Very sleek case, and the lighted countdown timer is helpful.For winter blues or SAD this light is so effective! I have a large 10,000 lux light, and rarely have to pull it out and use. By consistent use of the Humancharger, I can read, walk around, and carry on conversations by speaker phone with no problems. I have recommended the Valkee for years, and now will highly recommend the Humancharger.For SAD - use first thing in the morning, every day. Be more consistent than with a SAD light, it's effect is more subtle. On really bleak days, I'll use between 12:00 and 3:00 PM for a pick me up.
