Bluetooth Doesn't Work With Mouse/Product Lost Windows Activation
For some reason using a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse on this unit causes the mouse to jump around. I tried everything I could find on various websites and finally just gave up and purchased a wireless mouse with dongle. The company did respond and suggest checking the antenna to see if it was damage (was not) and offered to replace the unit if the antenna was broken, so good for them. I have now somehow lost product activation, perhaps from the updates or whatever, but don't want to buy a copy of Windows 10 Pro when the code should have been included. I also have installed software programs that only allow 2 or 3 installation licenses and since this is a remote desktop system I am kind of stuck as I can't really replace the unit without repurchasing the software... Sent an email to company regarding the activation code, will update.

Unstable with Ubuntu 18.10
I purchased Core i3-5005U/8G+/128GB and have loaded Ubuntu Studio 18.10 after customer support verified it would work back in May. The system is very unstable. It crashes often, I am unable to even load updates. I just realized that my window for tech support expired at the end of August, and I haven't pursued the problem. I should have been more diligent. Now i'm boned. It seems like a good product - but it looks like i will never know for sure.Don't make the mistake i made!

works fine
I have been using the pc for almost 2 months daily basis for my work. Mostly I use Citrix to connect my actual Work desktop which is way much powerful than this. I haven't notice any issues yet.I added an internal 500 GB HDD which I removed from an older laptop and it was super easy.I also added another 8 GB RAM to the unit again recycling from an older laptop.Only issue I had was with the headphone jack driver. I had to remove it completely and reinstall it.WIFI works fine and can get up to the high speeds. processor is way better than any of Pentium or Celeron processors which is being used widely for no label mini pcs.Overall I am happy with the mini PC. Hopefully I will use it for many years.

Perfect Solution
This machine is perfect for my needs. It DOES have a licensed version of Windows 10 Pro. Running like a champ so far.

Speedy and flexible small PC
I bought this for a work project that needed a portable machine. I needed a Linux machine so my first step was to create a restore disk and then install Ubuntu. This worked without a hitch. The machine is speedy and it was easy to get setup for my needs. I did not work the Win10 version too long but that seemed to be working well.

WARNING!
I downloaded an update that supposedly starts the PC when main power is applied. Windows promptly notified me that the file contains a trojan (virus). One star, since the link was posted by a staff member (see attached screenshot). Hardware seems to be OK, but the lapse in security is unforgivable.

Excellent bang for the buck!
Added a small SSD drive and a small BT gaming keyboard and touchpad and it is good to go! One small nit was that I tried to expand the memory from 8GB to 16GB, but I have not found the slot for adding more RAM - a minor sticking point considering what a cool little device this is.

Easy and fast HTPC
Got this as a plug and play HTPC. Opened the box and plugged it in and was up and running in 10 min. Performance is snappy. Would have been 5 stars if the fan wasn’t so whiny. It keeps spinning up and down with processor load. But I can’t hear it from the couch, so it’s probably ok. Fast delivery.
