YoYoinkRemanufactured Ink Cartridges Replacement for HP 920XL 920 XL (2 Black, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta, 1 Yellow, 5-Pack)

We were a little uncertain about purchasing remanufactured ink for our HP Office Jet 6500, but the price was so good, we decided to try and we're so glad we did. All of the colors worked just like if it was a new cartridge and the ink level indicator worked just fine too. After our first black cartridge ran out, we had a slight problem with the second one. We sent a message and not only did they answer extremely quickly, but they gave us simple instructions that worked like a charm. So, needless to say, when we were ready for more ink, we bought another package from YoYoInk. YoYoInk has a happy, permanent customer here!

I was, at first, thrilled to have paid half the price for cartridges, and they worked fine for the first 2 weeks. Then the ink seeped into the printer heads and they had to be cleaned. Adlftwr that, my printer (HP 6500) wouldn't recognize them and I had to make a fast purchase of the HP cartridges to complete a big & important job. In the end, I didn't save money but wasted it since I didn't get much use of the ink & still had to buy new ones. BIG disappointment. And I feel cheated out of my money. Hope others aren't having he same bad luck.

Works fine for my 6500A! One consumer note + one consumer caution. Note: some very minor ink smearing at unseal..wipe clean before install. Caution: Seal lock tabs are very different from HP turn-click-off tabs. Be gentle when removing these seal tabs to avoid damage to the install tab. Too early yet to evaluate longevity...but document print quality is vivid. Have not tested photo reproduce.

Initially one of the cartridges leaked and did not work. Their customer service immediately replaced the entire order, although all I asked for was one cartridge. Great service, but, beyond what was needed or expected as I won't need cartridges for another year. Works as well as the original HP cartridges for a fraction of the price.

The ink works. It takes some tricks to fit the cartridges because the pressure tabs do not exactly snap automatically. I had to keep holding the tab and then slide it into the slot and hope it will not snap out again. Different tubs work differently. Not like the OEM's. May be they can look test the quality of tabs before filling them with ink. Right now the are working. I good substitute for the original.

Good price, however when following instructions to " shake" the cartridge the ink splattered over my white tee shirt ( ruining the shirt), so beware. The difference between the cost of a new tee shirt and the amount of money saved by buying a new ink cartridges was a financial loss.

I figured I'd try these out as a way to save money on printer ink for my company. This has turned into just a pure waste of money.I have an HP Officejet 6500a which is supposed to be compatible with the ink. But the printer constantly gives you error messages and cancels the print jobs. When it does print the quality is horrible. It comes with two blacks and the first one only printed about 10 pages before being completely empty and would not print any more. When it would even print that is.I'll have to be ordering the official HP ones at double the price. It's expensive, but at least it works. If others have better luck that's great, but I'll never try this again.

Each cartridge has a pull-off cover that you have to remove before putting into your printer. When I opened my cartridges, every one of them had a little ink that clung to the cover and dripped onto my hands when I took them off. Other than that, this product is great. My HP Officejet 6500 recognizes it and can print with it.
