Steadfast Heart (Brides of Seattle)

It is a wonderful book I can't wait to start book 2 in the Brides of Seattle. I can already tell the next books are going to add too the plots that is already making me wonder what certain people are up to. Love how Tracie's writing always put God first in all that happens.

Suspense, humor and romance. This book has it all. Beautifully written. I’m anxious to read more in this series. Definitely 5 stars!!

This book was quite flighty.It did not keep my interest and was boring also.It did not compare to the other books I have read ofTracie Peterson.

This book is an excellent introduction to Seattle in the 1880s. When the population developed, fortunes showed in several areas. Timber, gold, fishing, and servicing incoming population groups brought riches to many. But this caused a large split in fortunes, and many found poverty at the same time. There was a definite need of Christian empathy. This story traces God’s grace and where it led in the new, tumultuous culture.

It was a good read but I’m sad there was no resolution for Abrianna. The language of the period was a little too stilted for me.

God often brings blessings we didn’t even know we wanted. I enjoyed watching the interactions between the different characters. Their personalities were well developed, and they actually had character flaws, which added reality to the story. The book is complete on only one character, which leaves you hanging. I will, however, want to keep reading the series to discover the rest of Abrianna’s story.

I appreciated that the item description was accurate to the item condition...the quality of the item (a used book) was exactly as I had hoped it would be based on the description. It was in great condition!

Tracie Peterson never disappoints. The story of Lenore and Abriannas friendship touched my heart. I laughed out loud in reading Abriannas character. Absolutely loved her heart and willingness to serve and do Gods will in her life.

I have read a lot from this author and found this very disappointing from Tracie Peterson. Very twee with a predictable plot and ending.
