This product is absolutely amazing! As a waxer doing full legs if you know, you know….. mountains of wax, sticks, clean up strips and this product cut my time in half. It glides effortlessly, removes even the tiny hairs. Heats up super quick I’m honestly super impressed! 10/10

I had the wax up machine for a bit and with this recent refill pods I bought they were faulty and the top part slipped off of the pod and got stuck in the machine! Now I can’t remove the pod or use the machine.I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and two day shipped me a new wax warmer, new refill pods and even some extra goodies! I am so happy with the customer service! If you have an issue reach out to them they do care and handle issues regarding their products very well!

I used the muslin strips on legs, did not get results with the ones provided

I am a long time self waxer and i got this product off a recommendation. I went to use it for the first time, following the directions as suggested. I went to pull off the protective tape for the roller and in the process the roller to the wax fell off. I pushed it back on expecting everything to be fine because i heard it click back on, went to wax myself and the roller cap fell off resulting in wax to spill out onto my body and clothing and bathroom sink. I have ruined my wax warmer in the process of this due to the wax seeping inside the machine and not being able to remove the wax pot from the machine. I am not only burned in the process due to their products malfunction (the cap should twist on) but i am out money for the wax and the waxing machine.

The original product was amazing I’ve been using it for a few years now so when I opened this new order I noticed the color was way off. I put it off and proceeded to use it and it was not the same. It heats up quicker which made it ineffective because it tells you to wait 30mins with a new cartridge but it overheated the wax made it very liquidy. Switched them out it was ready in 15mins proceeded to use it and the grip and effectiveness was not the same as previous product. I didn’t check the ingredients til today when I found a cartridge from a past order that I confirmed the ingredients are different. The darker colored wax was the original product and ingredients. You can see a huge difference in color in the new one. No longer using this product this new order was a complete waste of money wish I had checked and confirmed sooner the return window closed a couple days ago.

The media could not be loaded.  For someone who never goes to a salon when it comes to waxing & that too for a loong time, I can tell you the comforts of having a roll on wax where you will be your own boss.You won’t ever need to return to a salon again. I understand not everyone is at ease of waxing on their on. But trust me, it will take only a couple times & you will get better at it.Now, Before the roll on wax, I had a wax heater which I don’t recommend any longer for roll on wax is easy peasy application, its less messy or I should say- not at all messy.All you need is a device (roll on wax warmer) for these roll on wax & you’re good to go.Now I purchased a double pack earlier which gave me multiple waxing (full arms, full legs). This time I ordered for pack of 4 and it should be good for a couple months.Depending on the hair growth, I sometimes have touse it multiple times in two months. But ir all depends on the hair growth, you may not need it as often.I usually warm one cartridge at a time, it takes about 20 minutes for it to get perfectly warm. Then I apply it on an clean waxing strip to check if its ready. If you can roll it on smoothly on the strip, its ready.Roll on wax made my work extremely easy and quick. My skin is normal, and I have been using it for my arms, legs, underarms waxing at home.Now, the residue once you’re done waxing, Do Not ever try to wash it with water, you’re gonna regret that. Instead, use baby oil, or wax residue remover for happy smooth skin.Very satisfied with the product. Big thumbs up! Hope this helps

this wax glides on beautifully. I've tried some of the other brands like the infamous honey one, and this waxup gold does not leave a sticky residue and didn't "pull" my skin or hairs. It removed most of my hairs but I didn't prep my leg or anything so I can only imagine what it can do when I properly prep. I was hesitant to buy this because it was twice the cost as the others but the fact it didn't leave a sticky residue (very minimal), and the little it did leave behind, I just rubbed my legs with baby oil. I did that with the other brand and I was still sticky. I have tried Waxup other waxes but I will definitely say the gold is awesome. I may try the others but I'll probably stick to this. Try it yall. And if you're having problems rolling the wax, you may have the unit upside down. It seemed to work better with the "square" side up. Hope that makes sense.
