It aided me in all in all sorts of ways until, it finally fell apart beyond repair.I had been looking for a replacement for a few years. Would I have any ability to sow maybe I could have made something like that old pillow.However, this pillow is sewn together remarkably well and is cleverly designed and worth every penny.One thing to note that due to the contents (flax seed/buckwheat) when you do microwave it it does have a slight odor. I would rank it at the same level as a cup of chamomile tea. I like the smell of chamomile tea and the smell of this pillow (I find it to be a soothing smell). But it may not be a smell that is appealing to everyone.

Got this for my wife for when Aunt Flow is in town.
