Quite possibly the best (and certainly most energetic) contemporary jazz trio. The level of technical brilliance is astounding - although sometimes it seems to go overboard into "musical athletics". But either way you will be floored by their talent and energy. Corea's unique flavor of jazz - elements of Latin, Asian, and all other sorts find their way into his playing. Awesome! The musicianship is mind blowing. I listen to it in my car and at home. I will be checking out other albums from this band.

Chick Corea playing jazz standards on acoustic piano in a trio format - that's hard to beat in my book. However, 67 used ones for sale tells me that not everyone is able to appreciate it.Listen to the tracks, they speak for themselves.

Heard them at this at a concert. Love the intense driving rythrms especially. All three outstanding soloists in turn. Their best CD ever. Brings out Corea's percussive playing.

Straight ahead jazz from the 90's. All around solid music. If you like Chick Corea's other work this will not disappoint.
