These have a slightly chalky taste, but I love them. As a mom of two young kids, it is convenient to have one of these protein drinks for a meal. I buy them often. They are best chilled and always arrive on time.

Great for my special needs child! She is allergic to wheat, corn, soy, dairy so getting good nutrition through GJ Tube is hard. I spend hours home making formula for my daughter and have never found a product premade she was not allergic to - even the medically prescribed ones because they all have corn syrup solids or corn in them! This is a great supplement to her diet - also a great lifesaver when the days just are too short to make a batch of home made. The only reason I did not give it five stars is it is kind of pricey and I have not been able to have this be something I can get covered for medical necessity. I hope this is something they come up with. Liquid Hope (works with DME comapnies) is another product we can use but nutritionally this is better for a child as per dietician who reviewed for me and I have to agree. More calories in less volume is always better for a child failing to thrive.

I bought mine from a local Sprouts for $3.99. I was trying out some on the go styled shakes and picked up this on and a Svelte to test side by side. Both tasted fine. Komplete is a little gritty, but there's no soy and it claims to have some minerals and vitamins in it which is a huge plus in it's favor for me personally. It also contains more protein than other premixed shakes I've seen. Not bad at all.
