Darice Metallic Paint: Gold, Acrylic, 16 Ounces

Used this is my class with students to create an Egyptian Death Mask. Took a few coats to gain this depth of color, but with it being so quick drying it wasn’t an issue. Definitely recommend.

Not good for stenciling. Parts of it came off with the stencil and seeped underneath, despite my meticulous application. Not very metallic once dry. I switched to krylon brilliant gold for my project and used a stencil adhesive - it looked 100x better.

It's a wee bit thin, but a second coat really makes it pop. A great color and very nice paint in general. I'd definitely buy it again.

Used the gold to repaint a nightstand for my granddaughter. Took 2 coats as expected. Dried very quickly and looks absolutely amazing.

Great price and great color, I dilute it and use it for acrylic pouring!
