This is about my 3rd attempt at a portable straw. The first one was a gift. It was bamboo with a brush , but it didn't come with a case. Ew. I really didn't want that junk from the inside of my purse going up into my straw, and putting it in a large zip lock baggies wasn't terribly chic. The second set had a case but they weren't long enough to go in some of the large sized drink cups I use. This set is perfect. The case is sleek and easy to use. I love that there are 4 straws, I if I need to use more than one during the day I'm covered, even if I don't have time to wash them after lunch. Unlike the porous interior of the bamboo which could hold bacteria, flavors etc. this one is smooth, non porous, and easy to clean. I also like it because sometimes my friends are interested and want to try one. So, I have an extra for them to use. The more people who begin to think this is a good idea and get on board, the better off our planet is.

I drink a LOT of iced coffee and recently realized how many plastic straws I was using. In an effort to go green, I made the switch over to paper straws, but it wasn't the same. As someone who likes to slowly drink an iced coffee over the course of a couple of hours, my soggy plastic straws were not cutting it. This product is the answer to the soggy plastic straw! There are a bunch of stainless steel options out there, but this was the only bundle I saw with a sleek CARRYING CASE. It's a game changer. Now I can conveniently carry around my straws and not worry about losing them or getting coffee all over my bag. I just pop the carrying case in my bag when I'm done and I know I'll have a straw whenever I need. Great bundle, highly recommend! And you can feel good about saving the environment at the same time...

Missing one of the smaller straws.

We've been trying to use less plastic, and straws are especially bad as they're too small for recycling facilities to sort and very light, allowing wind to carry them into the water.Enter metal straws. If you have a modern dishwasher or special basket (with tiny holes), these can be dishwashed. Otherwise, the brush makes them pretty trivial to clean. I carry them around in my bag and don't use the plastic ones offered in restaurants. It's a bit more work, sure, but not much more, and I don't feel like I'm contributing to the problem.Quality wise, these are solid. Smooth ends, no rust.

Full size with options for thick or thin straws. Easier for my wife to carry in her purse for us both to use at a restaurant than me in my pocket! Easy to clean and air out after using. She had to be careful to not place them upside down as the silicone can get caught on something and accidentally open. Otherwise, we love them.

I purchased these stainless steel drinking straws after being forced to use paper straws when visiting Monterey, CA in March. I hate paper straws and remember why we went with plastic ones oh so many years ago. These wash up very well in the dishwasher or sink. Haven't needed the brush yet. I love the holder, as it fits in my purse. And as far as I'm concerned, what makes these straws really worthwhile, is the holder, which keeps them dry, clean and easy to find.

Straws are great. Easy to clean and very durable. It is nice to have straws when they are not to available. There are two different sizes and fit in the small case very nicely
