I thought I found such a great deal for a smart plug, but this is something that I cannot keep using. It’s just too unreliable to be usable for me, I find it extremely annoying that it keeps shutting itself off and on for no apparent reason.My suggestion is pay a few extra dollars and get something else that’s reliable and predictable.Here are its strengths:- Appears to work great with Alexa devices- installation/setup was easy and fast- attractive looking attached to my wall- small LED light showing you when it is active- you can control either socket individually or at Once- has much better price than other smart plugs online

I have my computer and monitor plugged into this smart plug but now it keeps turning off and then back on. At first it happened maybe once every few days but now it will happen 3 or 4 times a day. I really believe this will damage my computer.

I have been unable to connect and work with these items. I am unable to find the instruction. There is a lack of knowledge in my understanding. it would be great if someone could agree to training/and clearly written directions.This would get better results and better results for vendors as well.

Can't seem to connect this plug. The plug is not what syncing to the wifi or showing up in Bluetooth.

It was easy to install and set up. Works well with Alexa on running 2 products.

Never did get it working after 6 hours and I've been doing this since '78. Not even worth sending back. Get a TP-Link.

So far, I really like it! 2 outlets operate independently ...great value!!

Had trouble from the start, and then this plug stopped working. Don't buy this.
