Description
- The feathery leaves of fennel have a particularly beneficial effect on mature skins and are rejuvenating and regenerative in steamers. Mature skins need soothing face packs which will remove impurities without stressing the skin and fennel has this quality. An infusion makes a mild toner which can be used frequently on the skin to help eradicate fine lines. It is also gentle enough to be used as an eye lotion.
