These are really nice pliers. They are sharp and with the beveled edge and point at the tip, they seem to get in smaller spaces. Like their price they fall right in the middle. They are not cheap pliers, and they aren't the top of the line. I like them because I have broken the very expensive pliers and get frustrated about that. These seem to be working well even though it has only been a few months. I am really hard on pliers and these seem to be keeping up!

Good quality cutters
I have recently started working in chainmaille and my material of choice is bright aluminum wire. I had been using aviation snips which cut the wire but tends to distort the rings. I had recently bought these cutters to replace a pair that were damaged. I tried them on 4 gauges of aluminum from 20 gauge up to 14. The cut is nice and clean and the ring ends are barely offset. I am so pleased that I'm going to order a second pair so I will be sure I'll always have access to them. They are a bit more pricey than some of the other cutters out there but they still aren't expensive and they are well worth the price.

Worth it.
Worth it. I’m a low voltage technician and I use them to cut cat6, coax and speaker wire. Best flush cutters I’ve ever had.

Great pliers...
I really like the precision of these pliers. At first, I thought they were misaligned, but read that the jaws are slightly overlapped for a more precise cut. I use them to cut chainmail wire. My only reservation is the life span. Other brands have worn more quickly than I would like. Time will tell for this first time use of this brand.

durable, comfortable
These cutters do a great job cutting solid copper wire. The extra thickness in the jaws is not a problem for most jobs. I use the 45 degree tool for finer cutting jobs.2015 March 8 update: I tried cutting a steel wire holding a tag to a water valve I bought yesterday. Oops. They now have little notches in the cutting surfaces. Don't cut steel with these.Buying another pair of these fantastic cutters for their intended purpose (soft metal, plastics etc.)

Excellent tool
This is a replacement for some I already had but I had ruined the blades trying to cut metals that were too thick. This time I have bought cutters that cut a little thicker millimetre. I would recommend checking each product code of the cutters when purchasing to check what millimetre they cut. Now I know, I will be more careful with my new ones.

Not for model airplane work outside electrical
Not heavy duty as indicated. OK for soft wire but will not stand up to multiple use even on 18swg wire
