I had two main issues with this shower device. First, the suction cup that holds it to the car is too small and too flimsy. It is only about 2 inches in diameter and fell off the vehicle every time within 30 seconds or so. The suction cup needs to be at least 3 inches in diameter and more substantial. The one provided is unusually thin and insufficient to hold the handheld unit, even with some water on it.. I ended up using the hook provided but the problem with the hook is that the hand unit tends to want to flop to one side or the other and not stay straight. The other issue was that the included rubber washer did not do a good job of sealing the hose to the handheld unit and you have to really torque down and tighten it really tight to stop the leak. Otherwise it seems to do the job. The pump motor assembly is larger than I expected at about 2.7 inches in diameter. Too large to fit in the mouth of most 1 gallon jugs I had intended to use to hold the water. I'll have to search now for a suitable 1 gallon container with a screw on cap for holding the water for this shower unit. I adjusted the flow so that I got exactly 90 seconds of shower from 1 gallon. If you could set this up so that you can conveniently stop the shower while scrubbing you might get longer. That was continuous non stop water flow. A gravity feed bag that can hang from a point higher than your head might work better overall considering all the hose and wiring you have to manage to use this one. It's a novel idea, and it does work, but it's not perfectly executed and requires some finesse to use it.

Not what I hoped for

These things are great!!!!! I took some on my cold Christmas vacation to visit family in MEXICO, where they have no water heater for a warm shower. But my light bulb turned on. So, I warmed water up in a bucket and placed the pump in and SHAZAAM!! I'm taking a warm shower in the winter cold days in Mexico. Everybody was jealous of my shower idea. That wasn't the only problem resolved. Its hard to shower with a cup in one hand and only one hand to scrub and lather up and then rinse off. With this hands free pump I get to use both hands to bathe and wash my long hair. It gets better read on.... I can't stand to wash greasy dishes with cold water. So I take my small bucket full of semi hot water and place it on the sink counter and attach the shower head part to the tall sink faucet and I'm washing my dishing in no time with hot water. And they dry off faster, too. These pumps have several uses no just for camping. You can save more money and use less electricity with this idea if your electrici bill is crazy high and water bill also. You can teach all age family members to take quick showers. No hour long showers wasting gallons of water and 1 person using up all the hot water out of the water heater.

It just moves water no heat but it works well. Pretty decent pressure. 12v power line is plenty long. If shower hose was a couple feet longer it would be perfect. Much better than a bag shower. I heat water to perfect temperature in an empty bin and have plenty of water for whole family to shower while camping.

only had the chance to use it once. I was satisfied once i got the suction cup ti stick. decent length cord.RATING DOWNGRADEItem wasn't used for a couple of months, so I have been using for a month or so, but the switch is degrading pretty badly. Have to toggle it a bunch of times to get it to work. Shame, I like this set up. I use a 5 gallon bucket (with a lid to keep wash water from contaminating) and it worked very well, good water pressure and i would cut the flow down while lathering to conserve water. Decent shower using 2.5-3 gallons.

Over all was positive, but I realized after 1 use you need to disassemble and seal the motor from the water. Just a suggestion.

Funciona muy bien ,con mucha presión de agua exelente producto 100% recomendado

Los materiales se rompen con el uso habitual y si no se tiene un adaptador para encendedor solo puedes usarlo dentro del coche …no tiene lógica su diseño

El único detalle es que la parte de la bomba es un poco ancha y no entra en cualquier recipiente.
