Non traditional use, but perfect for me.
I have bought 2 different systems for mounting the mouse surface to my arm rest. I wasn't really happy with either of them because it prevented me from moving the arm out of the way, and it really wasn't at the right height. i actually bought this to use the keyboard tray as my mouse tray. it works perfectly because now my arm resets don't have anything on them and I can move them in and out. The mouse has plenty of room to move on the tray, and I keep my keyboard on my lap. I have no idea what the directions said but for my purposes I didn't need them and everything worked out great. I have extra parts since I didn't use the actual device that was meant to be used as an arm rest/mouse holder. I will say if I was buying this for its intended purpose I don't like the way the actual mouse rest mounts. But since I am not using that at all I didn't care. If there was an option to buy the keyboard tray without the mouse tray it would be perfect.

Mostly ok
I only installed the keyboard tray, as the mouse pad won’t fit my chair. The keyboard tray can be rotated freely but not easily, as it attaches to the pole on the chair, so rotating it is rubbing metal against metal. It doesn’t fit to the chair all that well, and the weight causes it to sag. Still, it stays in one piece and serves its purpose. Given the options for this kind of thing are pretty limited, this is probably the best choice.

Not as bad as some say.
A bit pricey for the materials, but the design is actually impressive. Got it all set up and it feels pretty solid to me, none of the springiness others have mentioned. The trick is to clamp the mounting arm as high up on the chair tube as possible. The little palm rest is a good idea. My armrests tilt back with the chair, so I have to make sure I don't lose my mouse, but overall it's great. The keyboard tray is made of some sort of non- slip plastic and doesn't feel slick or cheap. My keyboard sits on it just fine, even at an angle. For now, I would recommend it and unless it breaks within a year or so, I will feel I got my money's worth.

Bad instructions, Installation nightmare and doesn't fit everything
I ended up returning it.I have a gaming chair. The instructions was a xerox copy and low resolution. It's definitely translated to English badly. After many attempts, the arm connected at the base was very wobbly, even after tightening it. The arm rest for the mouse did not properly fit the arm of my chair. The Mouse pad/rest on top of that curled up.Just wasn't worth it at the end of it.

What a POS!
I've bought some Chinese crap on this site but this has to be the worst POS I have seen yet. The worst set of directions I have ever seen. Not one label on anything. Wobbly garbage that should probably cost $30. Don't waste your time with this thing. You'll just have to return it.

It really works, and it's really great!
I didn't find it especially difficult to install. And given how adjustable it is, it's changed a *lot* of things. My desk doesn't need to have reserved space for the keyboard/trackpad anymore. I can move the keyboard to the height/angle I want on a whim. I tend to lean back in my chair, and with this device, the keyboard/trackpad go with me. It's the best solution I've found.

Terrible support, terrible instructions, all around garbage
This product is abysmal. It’s structure is fine - theoretically it should work. However, once it’s on your chair, it doesn’t move, so if you try to spin the chair, you bump into the keyboard tray arm. Also, once you pull the tray out away from it’s arm, it leans because it doesn’t have enough support to hold a weight. It also doesn’t have an instruction booklet, which is fine - theoretically. It has a QR code to a video, which would be fine, but the video doesn’t list out all the parts you should have or what it will refer to them as. It rushes through the installation and only from one angle, so you can never actually see what’s happening. (It’s also entirely in chinese, which would be fine with the subtitles, except the subtitles in english are small and covered by the chinese subtitles, so they’re difficult to read sometimes). The ONE saving grace this product has is it’s mouse tray. This thing is large, but not cumbersome and in the way, and very comfortable. If the keyboard tray was made in the same vein (with maybe a hinge so you could rotate the keyboard tray vertically out of the way), I would say this product works. But the mouse tray alone isn’t enough to save this product.Overall, I would not recommend this product at all. It can’t support its own weight, it gets in the user’s way constantly, and installation is terrible and unexplained.
