This product was listed as "used", however, I never would have known. It was received in new condition and will serve the purpose very adequately for people to drop off paperwork without others having access to it. It is a nice side and the drop opening will allow for an item as wide as 10 1/2" to be deposited - if bendable and not too thick, you could even get a 12" wide item into the slot. Overall extremely satisfied and would recommend this product.

Item is as described. I had to return as the first one I ordered had a defect. However the item was replaced promptly.

We use this box everyday on our office, and it works well. Sometimes there is no-one at the reception and this box fits the bill so that the mailman can leave our mail. We even get catalogs and they fit well here.

Purchased this for our band room a couple of years ago. It is still on the wall and it has been a go to for paperwork and payments for 200+ band students in high school. Would highly recommend!

This thing is huge and the slot in the top will easily fit a full sheet of paper. It is wide enough to fit Cd's in a plastic case which is what we needed it for.

I was expecting a better quality box - this one works fine for what we need (dropping payments on evening/weekends for water bills) but is difficult to close and feels lightweight and not as secure as I would like.
