Led Strip Lights 16.4 ft RGB 5050 Color Kit with 24 Key Remote Control and Power Supply Mood Lamp for Room Bedroom Home Kitchen Indoor Decorations

I purchased two sets of LED light strips before these. First set was from Walmart. They were thick and awkward when trying to turn a corner on my TV. Adhesion was horrible. Returned. Second set was from Amazon. Length stated it would easily fit a 40”-60” TV, and some of the reviews said it easily fit their 55” TV. I have a 58” TV, so I knew it’d be a tight fit, but I quickly realized I wouldn’t have nearly enough to do the bottom of the back of my TV. Held on to those, however, because I have a 42” TV in my bedroom that I can use them on... but will be sure to leave a review warning people that they shouldn’t expect them to fit ALL sides of their TV if it’s over 40” or so. THESE, though... found them on a limited time sale on Amazon for $13. Way cheaper than the 9ft one I bought previously from Amazon, so I had plenty of length with leftover that I was able to cut off (these don’t show the little scissors like others, so be sure to cut on the dashed line found in the middle of the copper ovals). I saw some reviews on here saying the lights get extremely hot... I can honestly say that after I had these on for 4 hours tonight, I made a point to go feel them when I turned off and I barely felt any warmth, and if I did feel a little bit, I attributed it to my TV. Adhesion feels good, for now, and felt SUPER sticky when I took the tape backing off, but seeing that I just installed them tonight I can’t say much as far as long term goes, but so far so good.Also found these to be MUCH brighter than the other two sets I previously purchased. All in all I’m VERY happy and look forward to using these for a long time!

So these lights are Amazing. Their super bright and I love how many color choices you get, as well as the types of movement settings like fade etc. The remote seems flimsy when you first pick it up but don't be fooled because it works great. their really easy to set up , just be careful when you pull the blue tape back because I did it too harshly and pulled the entire adhesive off alittle but it wasn't a big deal because i just pressed it back together so you really can't even tell I messed it up in the beginning 😂 but yeah I love these lights ! If you're hesitating , don't! You won't regret getting these lights , they will completely change the look/ feel of your room etc. !10/10

Given the price of the item - it's well worth it. Certainly a great strip of lights and the remote works well and is convenient.I installed two rolls into one small room - one under a desk and one on the wall behind curtains.The first roll works perfectly as intended, when I turn it off using the remote, the LEDs are COMPLETELY OFF and all is good.The second roll, however behaves a little different. It functions properly in terms of remote/functions, etc, but when this roll is turned off using the remote, the LEDs have a noticeable AFTERGLOW, as if there is still some charge in the system. My only real concern with this is that the lifetime of the diodes will be decreased, unless I take the extra effort to unplug the strip during the day. Not a huge deal but also kinda annoying.Interestingly, if you press your finger between two diodes when the strip is off, it will actually cause the adjacent diodes to illuminate which is mysterious, this occurred with both of the strips.My only real criticism is the AFTERGLOW that I am experiencing with one of the rolls, but it is not very bright at all, but in a dark room is certainly noticeable. Also note that these two rolls are installed in the same small place, so you can control each roll separately with the same remote directionally, as long as you get close to the receiver and point it at it, you can have different colors on the two separate strips.When I installed mine, I didn't use the buckles but used double sided tape so there's no concern about lack of adhesion (for me). I also question the seller's claims that this is a UL certified product - I am pretty sure that this isn't a UL Listed product, as I had some potential concerns about fire during a malfunction, considering these are on the wall on paint.Despite this I will give it 4 stars, but the true rating for me is going to be 3.5/5

Was relatively easy to put up, the adhesive could be better but was perhaps because I had to keep adjusting it. The light is nice and bright I love the hue it gives. It’s not cheesy or cheap looking at all. At first I though remote didn’t work until I got really close to it. But then my sister realized I had the sensor blocked and once I did that I can adjust from my bed, less than 10 feet away. Good array of colors. The little clips work great to help keep them up. Would buy more! Gives me a nice bit of extra light that I needed in my bedroom.

Much better quality over their older version. I bought their "40-60" TV led strip" and it didnt quite fit my 55" TV and it wasn't as bright as I wished it was. This one is brighter and of course longer and better suited for larger TVs. I have a 55 inch TV which is almost bezel-less and I placed my led strip about half an inch away from the edge all around the edge of my TV and I was still left with almost 4 feet that I had to cut off as excess. This would be perfect for a 60 incher too and perhaps a 65". My only complaint would be the placement of the controller signal receiver, which is placed immediately next to the led strip. I wish it was separately connected so I could independently place it from the led strip. Other than that I have no complaints; hoping the life of this thing is substantial too as I can not say anything about it yet. Good product.Edit 03/18/2019: When I first applied this strip to the back of my TV it seemed to stick great. After a few weeks it started losing its adhesion and started to slowly peel off. I simply applied some strong clear tape to it and that fixed my problem. It's no big deal for me so I'm keeping the five stars it still works great but if the adhesive is a deal-breaker for you then this is not for you.Edit 4/13/2020: This thing is still going strong, hasn't decreased in brightness or functionality. Highly recommend.
