I was in need of shorts for summer time. This pair caught my eye because of the price and color options. Upon receiving everything every was as expected. The fit is slightly baggy and I’d prefer them to be a tad bit more slim fitting, but this is probably something only I notice. They look good when wearing.

Comparable in style and durability to well known khaki shirt brands. Fit great and made well!

I have owned five or six pairs of these shorts over the past few years because I like their size, fit, and fabric. In previous years, my only complaint was that the button wasn't sewn on well and would come off after just a few months. I may be mistaken, but it seems the manufacturer has fixed this problem. I have owned two newer pairs for about six months how and the buttons are still holding tight. I wear shorts nearly year 'round, and these are now my go-to shorts.

The inseam is on the short side, but still a little long for me. Plenty of space to move the thighs... but they are a little big and boxy looking. Good travel shorts, but nothing I'd wear when I want to look sharp.

I happen to like the inseam length, being of that generation. They are standing up to some of the expensive brands I use. A wide variety of colors/ patterns.

These shorts are as good (actually, better) than my brand name shorts.The best thing about them is how soft they are. I was afraid they'd be cheap feeling, but far from it. They also fit as expected.

Have been trying to find 'classic' men's shorts. I find it hard believe that so many suppliers and makers of men's shorts get this wrong! A 'classic' fit means the legs are above the knee, but only by a couple of inches, and NOT below the knee, either. The legs must not be skinny tight! Or even just visually too lean! Modern, so called, fashion shorts seem to be designed with a silly slim look, where legs are tight in the shorts! Why?! So, these are a proper chino, which is medium weight cotton, thick enough to give shape, and also they are 7'' to the bottoms of the legs, and this for me, taking size 30 waist, is perfect, as they DO fit about 2'' above the knee. I am sure, pro rata, in sizes they will for you, too. The best thing is that the legs are not skinny or tight or silly, they are a good size, without being too much. Hence, a true, good looking, classic fit. And whilst ''Essentials'', they seem well made and of good quality! Took ages to find, as I didn't want daft, too long, too tight shorts that are for younger males, who, frankly, look a tad daft in them anyway. Good buy!
