The media could not be loaded.  I bought this camera more out of curiosity than anything else. I wanted something for basic YouTube vlogging that had a socket for an external microphone and a flip out screen. It's surprisingly difficult to find a camera that you can use an external mic with and has a flip out screen. To find a camera at this price with both is very rare.The camera feels solid enough and it's nice to have the extra wide angle and macro lenses. Two batteries and the SD card is useful too. I must say I much prefer the standard size SD cards to the micro SD so I was pleased this camera uses the larger size.Some reviewers have said the picture quality is bad. I can only assume they had it set to a lower quality (there are 3 quality options) or were recording in very low light or had the zoom in close as I found the picture quality to be very good, especially for video which is my main interest.I took some video of May Day celebrations to test the camera out and I've uploaded some of that here. Obviously I don't know how compressed it is when uploaded to Amazon reviews but the original video is excellent. Some shots ere with the wide angle lens attached and some without. All shots were with the internal microphone on the camera and I think you will agree that the sound is very acceptable. There is some wind noise evident here and there but that's unavoidable. Incidentally, I tried an external microphone plugged into the camera and it works a treat.I didn't use the zoom because it's not an optical zoom but digital which means the camera is electronically enlarging the digital image rather than optically zooming in using the lens so the camera is best used at full wide angle as a point and shoot camera. Obviously this is perfectly fine for what the camera is meant for and sold as.....a vlogging camera.So, to sum up, I think this camera would be fine as a vlogging camera for producing video's for YouTube and the like. Worth the money when you consider the image quality, the microphone socket and all the extra's included.EDIT: I've added a few photo's. These were all taken with the wide angle lens attached which degrades the image very slightly. Especially at the edges. I will attempt to re upload the video also as the one previously uploaded bares no resemblance to the quality of the original. It may just be the way Amazon compresses it though.

I'm not sure why this product has received all, or any, positive reviews; perhaps they're all written by friends of the person who sells the camera, they're very young, or they're visually impaired.The onky other possibility is maybe I'm doing something wrong!The picture quality is terrible! I take better pictures with my Samsung phone.I feel so disappointed and will sending the camera back to sender IMMEDIATELY.I bought this camera because of all the positive reviews. It was supposed to be a birthday present to myself but it's literally a waste of money.Maybe it's truly a camera for vloggers who need something light and compact to take videos of themselves. Other than that function (which I didn't really try), this camera is awful.I rarely write reviews, and I cannot recall the last time I wrote a negative review, but I just need to let future potential buyers know the truth about the quality of the picture images. It's worse quality than the first camera phone!👎I wouldn't ordinarily purchase a camera of this price but I thought I had found a great bargain. I was wrong.

Battery life is very short hence why the supply you with 2 batteries.

Not worth its price. Good quality parts but sound and footage was poor and fuzzy. I do not recommend this to anyone unless you have additional professional parts.

Good quality, when I first unpacked it I wasn't expecting a good quality product. But once I connected the videos I've took to my PC, the quality was impressive.

It really is one which the absolute best cameras I have ever owned, I decided to that I wanted a point and shoot camera for the times when I just didn't want to carry my full size camera. Video quality is also excellent and quite sharp. The autofocus is pretty good. I recently took it on a trip where I visited a lot of museums and insides of churches (low light environments). The camera is easy to use, well made, the 16X digital zoom feature is excellent, and it is a great alternative to selfie with a 180 degree flip screen!Overall a great camera so far and takes great pictures, allows many of the manual controls that the less expensive point and shoots do not have, but is also a good beginner camera as it basically is a point and shoot out of the box.

Are the reviews above dine by real people. Just opened this and the quality is awful. Mobile phones I had 10 years ago has better quality images and my current iPhone camera blows this away. Returned immediately. I’m starting to think that the rest of these reviews must be fake.

I bought this camera a few weeks ago and it's a Great camera a good buy nice and affordable and does exactly what you need it for.Nice and compact fits in to my college bag without taking up loads of space.It takes great pictures and videos.comes with alot of things like a carry pouch an SD card batteries some cables etc. Saving me money and time looking for extras I will need.Its a good camera for me as a beginner for taking pictures of my work would definitely recommend this to my friends.
