Sterling Silver 5 Pair Multi Color Freshwater Cultured Pearl Earring Set

The colors and size within each individual pair match each other well and are pretty. The sizing between the individual pairs is inconsistent, but since each pair matches that is what is most important. I will say that the pearls are a little bigger than I was envisioning but they look fine on my earlobe and are not too dainty. Since I just received these I cannot comment on the earring stem. (I am allergic to nickel, so am assuming these are true sterling silver as stated in the description.)

The transaction was unremarkable and fine, seller was prompt with delivery. I bought this set for the color variety and affordability. Unfortunately, the set is overall underwhelming:The quality was disappointing. My "peacock" set came with one post terribly bent. It took some time and gentle bending to get it back into wearable order. Can't speak for their durability. Only time will tell, but the outlook is not good... with all of that bending, I'm afraid the metal post is weakened. Tarnished back findings all around, though this was easily remedied by a little toothpaste rub-and-wash to get them shining again. So far, my ears are not irritated by the metal. The pearls themselves were well-matched for each other, but varied by about 2mm from the largest to smallest. If you advertise 8mm sets, then make sure all articles in your product are 8mm! Only two were truly 8mm, the others ranged from 6.5mm to 9mm. The smaller ones were okay, but the large ones looked nigh cartoonish on my small lobes. Moderate to major inclusions marred 4/10 of the pearls. Finally, the colors are not at all as advertised-- actually a plus. As a previous buyer mentioned, some of the colors are more vivid, which I personally like. However, I bought this set hoping the peacock colors were as pictured or even more vivid. I was wrong - dull and mismatched colors, one has a rosier iridescence while the other is more blueish.Here's what you'll actually receive: creamy pearl (white), iridescent blue or pink on a dark grey (peacock), rosy gold (light gold), bright grass green (green-gold), copper red (chocolate). Maybe I received a bad lot, but I don't believe they are anywhere near worth the list price of about $60. I don't think their even worth the $30 sale price at which I purchased. You'd do best to wait until they're on sale for $20, which they occasionally are. Buy at your own peril.

Mine came close to 8mm maybe 9 so women's size not child size (usually 5-6). Also the colors I received were a bit different than shown. The peacock was beautiful (blue with teal & silver highlights)! The white was a bit more cream which makes your eyes & teeth look whiter so glad for that. The green is much darker and greener than the pale color shown. My chocolate was more red and the gold was darker. It comes in a nice windowed flip lid box that I'm leaving them in for quick color reference and access. I can't wear silvertone without irritation, but these are sterling and wear comfortably. The stems are a nice standard size with sm. butterfly backs. Sets were pretty well matched and no obvious blemishes.

Very pretty but bigger than I expected.

I like the earrings. As another reviewer said, they are larger than I expected, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. They are about the size of little english peas. They are not identical in shape or in size, but the colors seem to be consistent with each other. However, the colors are not consistent with the picture. They are much more vivid, which may be appealing to some people, but they look unnatural to me. The "peacock" color is actually a bright green, like you would see on a glass ball on a Christmas tree. They are still nice and wearable. I can't attest for their durability yet, as I just got them today.

I had bought a set of these for myself a few years back, so I got them as a gift for a special family member. She loves them and is able to pair them with a lot of different outfits. Nice staple for versatile wardrobe from casual to elegant. Highly recommend!

Colors are not even close to the images. They are ok but the brown is closer to red and the green is a deep Forrest green.

Loved them. These pearls don't peel and they look shiny.
