working great as a residential fire pump.
this pump work out great for me. I am using it as a stationary fire pump at my home. I have two 5000 gallon tanks that feed into the suction side. I use a 1 1/2 fire hose on the discharge with a 1575(75gpm) UFS nozzle. At full throttle I can get up to a 90 foot stream, 75ft with the nozzle adjusted for max gpm. No problems, but I have only had it for 3 months. I run it twice a month. you cant beet it for the money. I looked at other pumps that were already on a cart with hose, but they were 1200 dollars. I just needed to replace an existing berkerly pump that I had the bearings go out. they wanted 1600 to rebuild, not worth it.
