and has very good battery life
Product works well, and has very good battery life. Used mainly with 3/8 drive adapter. I work on construction equipment and works great for removing panels and console parts. Would recommend product to a friend

Caution: Ridgid will not honor life time warranty from this seller.
Item work well, seem new in box but when I sent in for warranty. Ridgid states that it will not honor lifetime warranty on refurbish tool.

The quality of the kit is very good. They feel good on your hand. You can adjust the belt clip left or right handed. The battery life is very good also.

Battery life is horrible.
I'm a professional contractor with over 25 years experience in remodel and new construction.I really like these tools, but if you're looking for fast impact and battery life you might look elsewhere ie. Milwaukee Fuel or Dewalt brushless tools.These Rigid tools are very well built and are a great option for light commercial and home use. They preform better than the comparable Makita and Bosch tools and you can't beat the lifetime warranty.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but personally, I think I should have spent the 75 more and went 18 volt or 20v.
