KECC MacBook Pro 13 Inch Case (CD Drive) Plastic Hard Shell Cover A1278 (Pink Marble)

I love this case, and everywhere I go everyone compliments me on it. It's easy to fit and looks great, a lot of people assume it's real wood and then touch it to find out.BUT (and this is a big but) I have now bought 3 of these cases in 3 years because the little plastic tabs that hold the shell to the MacBook snap off so easily that, usually within a month or so I lose one or two, before finally so many snap off the case won't stay on. It's very frustrating, because I like the case a lot and I feel like it should last more than just a year! I've reduced my star rating from 5 to 3 as a result.

Very disappointed to receive this and unexpected from the pictures and reviews. I honestly don’t understand how this has any good reviews. I have a brand new MacBook Air (2020) and wanted to protect it, I loved the wolf design. In reality the picture is a matt grainy dull image printed on cheep plastic crap that fits badly that I cannot close the MacBook when the cover is on. I’ve added my own pictures to show the reality of this cover. I will take the chance of covering the wolf picture in a thin layer of resin to hope that it will pop the image and won’t bother with the base as I want my MacBook to close properly. Waste of money, I’d expect to pay a fiver at the market had I seen this before buying.

There is a nasty 1-2mm lip around the front edge of the keyboard tray which digs into your hands when typing. Some cases do not have this, some do. I hate the ones with this lip.The apple logo is cut out of the plastic, making it vulnerable to damage and dirt ingress.The plastic is thick compared to some others (e.g. Lention) and I will be not be buying another of this brands of case.

This is well designed and a perfect fit for my A1708.

Over all it looks good however, it makes the laptop considerably heavier, the apple logo is not covered leaving it at risk of being scratched which was not detailed clearly in the description or images. On the underside the last half a cm is not covered by case also leaving it at risk of being scratched. Good case if youre staying at home with it not so great if it will be in and out of bags etc.

For me this product is mediocre, nothing to shout home about. Sadly it did disappoint. I needed a new cover for my mac and thought this one was perfect. The design is a bit pixilated for starters which makes it look a bit cheap. The top clips on securely however the base has no clip near the back of laptop so it tends to fall off a bit as there are only clips at front of base and midway up base and they are not very efficient. The base cover comes off at times when handling laptop. I am not recommending this to others.

Bit expensive considering the terrible quality of the print!I was expecting a perfectly clear, smooth, shiny print but instead I got a grainy, cheap looking image...The images I’ve attached may look as though they’ve been taken by a poor quality camera, however I can assure you that it is actually exactly how the case looks!!Also, the images used to advertise this looks as though the leaves are much bigger (which personally I think would be nicer) but when it arrived, the cover I received has tiny leaves on it which just looks cluttered and emphasises the poor quality of the print

This is the second case I have bought and I am very happy with my purchases. Their quality is really good and the designs are so nice. I totally recommend them! My only suggestion is to have all the designs available for the majority of the computer models.
