Quik-Form Heat Moldable Insoles

I usually buy these inserts from my podiatrist but, they were out of my size.I ordered them from Amazon because they had them in my size. These are really great inserts but, my right foot insert broke in half after 2 months.

Purchased these Redi-Thotics Quik-Form Heat Moldable Insoles for my daughter. She has been having foot pain and the doctor said these would help. You just heat these up and form them to your foot. We had to cut them because they were not her exact size. They are helping her keep her arch up and not letting her foot lean the wrong way. There are more expensive than other brands, but I believe they are worth it. Cheaper brands might be too thin and not help enough. Sometimes you have to spend a little more to get better quality.

Excellent fitting true to size orthotics. However, the instructions for properly molding them are inconsistent, text says to heat for 2 minutes while the graphic shows 3 (pictured). I split the difference at 2 1/2 minutes and they formed well to my feet.

Pienso que es controversial intentar moldear en el calor esta plantilla, ya que la deformaría asumiendo la imperfección de la pisada del usuario. Yo lo usé como viene en la caja, sin modificaciones. Esperamos que duren suficiente, porque su precio es elevado.Actualización 02/04/2024: Aún están en uso y las utilizó a diario en mis botas de trabajo, el dolor realmente desapareció, estoy buscando adquirir otras para renovarlas y no tener que cambiarlas al utilizar otros zapatos.

they work for me so I don't have to buy the expensive custom orthothotics. I get about 2-3 years before I have to replace them

I have used these insoles for years for plantar fasciitis. Very comfortable. I normally order them through my podiatrist’s office for a better price, but I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and needed new insoles.

These things so NOT mold to your foot shape after putting them in the oven. I left them in all day anyway and thought maybe I'd get used to them but no. Then after having them off and my feet on the recliner, my Plantar fasciitis was the worst it's even been. Getting up to walk I almost fell to the floor from the pain.Took them out and they are hard as hell and certainly did NOT form to my feet. Lies and garbage. Oh, the other pair I bought were used (easy to see how they were cut to size) and repackaged in a sealed plastic bag to make them look new. This pair I tried only had the outer package with no sealed plastic bag. Can I return them? I don't think so.
