Solid flight bag
The bag is well made and durable. Flight bags take a beating and this one is well designed. I like the many pockets which hold all I need for my daily flights.

Love it
Very good flight bag. Not sure if it’s because they’re new. But the zippers can be a pain and snag often. Not the connecting ones as much as the pockets. Hoping it’s a break in thing.

A bag that lasts.
I've been running this bag for a few years, about half the that time being at the airlines and the other half back to corporate. It's a really awesome durable modular bag, I've beat the heck out of the thing the last few years and it's held up great. It's seen thousands of miles and plenty of adverse weather. Everything has it's own space with this bag which is nice as well.My only recommendation is to buy the B4 swift ECHO instead. Mainly because it has the J hook handle (for any of you purdy neat or luggage works guys out there), and it also has an adjustable pocket for the water bottle. You don't think it's that big of a deal but when you need to unzip the side of the bottle holder just to barely squeeze in a regular size water/ drink, it's kind of a pain. Even fully extended it's not big enough to really hold a regular sized coffee cup. For these 2 reasons and the fact that there's almost no difference ($7 total) in price between this B4 and the B4 ECHO, it's worth getting the echo version. That being said this is still hands down one of the best bags to have as a professional pilot.

Great Design but Somewhat Heavy
Years ago, I had one of the original Brightline bags. I liked it, but the zippers eventually wore out. I have used other bags, looking for the "perfect bag" and thought I would try the new Brightline Flex bag. I wanted a fairly small bag that would hold the iPad, chargers and other odds and ends but don't need space for headsets. I got the B4 Swift since it's a pre-configured bag with the side pockets. The design is great - lots of small pockets to keep stuff organized. The back pocket fits my iPad OK, although it's a little tight. The flat compartments between the sections are handy for logbooks and manuals. I like the top opening in the center section and the glasses pocket on the top center. Very convenient. The only negative I've found so far is the bag is somewhat heavy. When I first picked it up, I noticed it, and it is 4.6 pounds. The Sporty's iPad bag I used previously was under one pound, so quite a significant difference. On the other hand, I feel the Brightline bag is much sturdier. Good quality zippers and materials.

Great bag. Really like the way it carries - ...
Great bag. Really like the way it carries - both the handle and strap are on the bag at the same time. The handle is in the middle, so it's comfortable for regular handling. The strap is towards the side, so it rides comfortably flat against your side. Because it rides so easily, it easy to use both your hands to open the cargo hatch or door to the plane. No need to set it down in a puddle.I like all the compartments, but don't yet remember where everything is kept. But still easier to zip and look, than dig through the bottom of my old flight bag. A normal iPad fits easily into the end compartment, and a mini iPad fits easily in sideways. A navigation plotter (yes I still carry one just in case) is almost to big for the end flap, but goes right in between the bag sections. I divided the middle section in half with the velcroed shelf. In the top half, accessible by the top opening flap, I keep the POH. In the bottom half, accessible by zipping the case open like a clam-shell, I carry all those other flight manuals that come with our new avionics. I leave my headsets in the airplane. When I bought this bag, I thought I might later purchase an additional section for carrying overnight supplies. But no longer. The bag is a great size as it is, and a small duffle would suffice for the rest. Maybe my old flight bag.Zippers seem good quality; not worried about them failing.

Best bag for business traveller.
The Brightline line of bags is awesome, super versatile and useful to anyone that travels a lot for business. It is a modular system that allows you to switch up to a different size or add/remove pockets quickly and easily. For an overnight business trip I need only one bag for both my clothes and my computer but I don't have to worry about bringing my dirty clothes into a meeting I just unzip that section of the bag and bring only the computer section. For a two day trip I switch to a larger clothing section. For a day trip I leave the extra sections behind and just bring the computer section. It's several bags in one.High quality bags at a decent price.PROS:High QualityModular VersatilityEasy to assembleLots of optionsGood price
