Sugar without guilt
I love this product! I bought it because of the incidence of diabetes in my family. This product has a low glycemic index, important for those with blood sugar concerns. I love that it is fairly traded, organic and is not put out by some big corporation! I highly recommend this product for those who care about their own health and the world at large - good all the way around!

Not the Best Tasting
I think this is best used in baking for me. I don't care too much for it in coffee or tea.
