Quality instant dashi
I use this regularly for my miso soup breakfast. Just 1/4 tsp is enough for a small bowl of miso soup. Tastes really great!

A New Flavor Experience For Me
Most frequently, I enjoyed a heaping spoonful in a cup of hot water from my coffeemaker. So quick and easy. I don’t do well with caffeine.I have enjoyed it in Ramen Noodles 🍜 and added a spoonful to vegetables 🥕 🥦. My imagination has me looking for more ways to use it.I learned that Hondashi is a brand of dashi. This is so good I have not considered other brands.

Not expired like some dashi I've bought
It's instant dashi for a better price than I've paid in Asian markets. Also it's still good for several months, which is an improvement.

Instant Dashi for Oceanic Umami
Potent powdered fish broth for Asian cooking. A litte bit goes a long way. Essential for miso soup and other Japanese favorites, also for rice and vegetable dishes and a variety of ramen possibilities. Well worth a try if you have not experienced Hondashi. Beware the power of this powder. Start with less than you'd think. Recipes available on mfr/s website.
