Ultimate Guard Katana Sleeves Standard Size Yellow (100)

These are great sleeves. Currently they’re my favorite. Cards look great in them. They are thinner than Dragon Shield sleeves which is important sometimes depending on the size of your deck box and size of sideboard etc. for example they fit more tokens if you are using an ultimate guard Xenoskin 100+ box which has less space than an ultra pro plastic flip top box. They are a bit narrower than other sleeves so you have to work a little harder to get in KMC perfect fits but it’s doable if you’ve got a brain and small fingers (or have access to someone else with small fingers…). Smooth and shuffle easy, which also means they’re a bit slippery, they don’t resist being knocked over like pro mattes do, but you won’t care about that because they feel and look SO much better than them. They are “standard height” or “ultra pro height” (not “dragon shield” height). Amazon ships the box straight up inside of whatever package they feel like giving you which might be a cardboard box but also might be a mailing envelope in which case the box gets a bit squished but it doesn’t affect the sleeves at all. The box they come in isn’t really reusable which is fine. If you’re buying 1 box of 100 sleeves for a commander deck, go ahead and buy 2 boxes so you have spares, you will have a much greater chance of getting 2 boxes that are exactly the same size and edge condition if you buy them at the same time (as opposed to waiting 2-3 years until you need spares and hoping you can get a new box that’s the same size etc as a box made 2-3 yrs ago).

These sleeves look nice on the outside but there is no consistency pack to pack with the internal dimension of the sleeves. I ordered these and some blue sleeves at the same time. The blue sleeves were roomy enough to double sleeve my cards using perfect-fit sleeves but these sleeves were so tight that it felt like putting my cards into perfect-fits with no chance of double-sleeving. The sleeve are also extremely slippery which does aid in shuffling but also means that your deck is very prone to toppling over, especially if you play large deck formats like EDH/Commander. Overall I would not recommend these sleeves and feel that your money would be better spent on Ultra Pro Eclipse or DragonShield sleeves as they are both much more consistent in terms of fit.

I've used a bunch of these.. they are just good all around, Absolutely my favorite sleeves.. I know dragon shield is what the whole world seems to love but personally I don't think it's even close, I think these feel better, shuffle better, fit better (up until this), and look better..BUT, I recently bought several more packs for sleeving a bunch of edh decks.. and they're all fine so far.. except the white sleeves. The white sleeves specifically are too tight to double sleeve, even the dragon shield 'sealable' inner sleeves (which are also amazing as long as you aren't putting them in a box that's already a tight fit) don't work because even though they don't slip out while sleeving, the fit is so tight that they won't safely go in the sleeves without an unreasonable amount of brute force. I tried a second and third white pack thinking it must have been a one off issue, but those other packs of white sleeves were also too tight. I've not had this issue with other colors before but up until now I've only ever bought orange, yellow, and teal. So i can't yet speak for the other colors but I'v still got like 11 more decks to sleeve and I have a variety of colors so if I do find the same issue again I'll try to update.I'll still use them I guess.. they'll be the best feeling and shuffling non-double sleeved decks I use, but it's just super odd and a little disappointing that I'll need to pick up some other brand to sleeve my mono-white edh decks specifically.(Edit after sleeving several more decks:For the most part I had no problem double sleeving in the other colors, aside from one off issues that were fixed by just using a different inner sleeve.However I did have a pack of green sleeves that had the same issue as my white sleeves, it's just simply didn't have enough room to double sleeve cards, I didn't have multiple packs of green to test like I did with white but it was the same issue. So, I think it's Possible that this might just be a problem with inconsistency in general and not specific colors, but so far I have had the problem with every white pack I've only tried one green but it had the same issue.I had no problems with yellow, orange, black, blue, teal, and red)

Easy fit, durable as heck, top quality. It's a shame they don't have any arts or anything, but I'll be buying Katana sleeves exclusively from now on! I've tried several other brands and none match the durability, shuffle feel, and consistent dimensions.

Great sleeve!! After some shuffling and playing they stopped slipping when stacked. Clear front and great quality.

Simply holding and playing with these sleeves, they are the best that you can get. They look and feel amazing. They are very slick, which some people may dislike, but I'm not one of them. That said, I've had a difficult time trying to get them to fit with some other products. Another reviewer here complained of "mis-cuts", so that may be to blame. Here's what I've tried the Katana sleeves alongside:Katana + KMC 64x89mm Perfect Fit Sleeves: Cannot double sleeve. Some sleeves fit together okay, most don't. I'm not sure which side is to blame, but don't expect to double sleeve with this combo.Katana + Ultimate Guard 18-Pocket Side-Loading Binder Pages: Doesn't fit. The pockets and Katana sleeves are essentially the exact same size, if we had 1mm more it would work.Katana + Ultimate Guard Zipfolio Xenoskin: The pockets in these zipfolios are bigger than they are in the binder pages. Fits great.Katana + Ultimate Guard Boulder Deck Case: Fits great, no complaints.

These are definitely my favorite sleeves. The only ones that can compare are dragonshields which take longer to break in and start to deteriorate earlier. One shuffle and these babies are ready to go.

Best sleeves on the market. Perfect. Change nothing about these sleeves.Good sized right for both double & single sleeving. Durable sleeves, I bought some green ones back in 2019, & only a few miner scuffs & scratches after about a year of weekly heavy play. Am so impressed with these sleeves that I bought these blue ones for a new deck I plan to keep in mint condition & play for years to come.

Incredible sleeves. I use them for MTG, I can't speak for the fit on other card games. Very high quality. They are an absolute pleasure to shuffle, as they are so smooth! However be warned this does cause the deck do knock over fairly easily, so be careful. The colour is great. My only gripe is that they are ever so slightly too tight, as I was not able to double sleeve as I can with dragon shield sleeves, however alternate inside sleeves may work. Overall very inpressed with these sleeves and would purchase again, these are by far se of the best sleeves I have used.

Excellent sleeve for my mtg collection. Durable, easy to shuffle with and doesn’t leave creases or scratch marks. Single sleeve fits nicely with no hesitation of the cards slipping out, however double sleeving is a slightly harder task but still possible with these sleeves. Overall an amazing product!!
