I purchased these 4" bands in red, royal blue and black. The picture of the size on the arm is accurate. All bands are washed in warm water and air dried (No use of the clothes dryer). The colors did not run during the wash. I compared a new, unused band to one that was washed and there was no shrinkage. The bands are very absorbent. Highly recommend.

Snug Fit
Feels a little tight, but helps cut on the friction while playing my bass. My arm is a little large and the wristband feels like a compression sock, but I would definitely order again, for the price!
