Not waterproof
Even though this product got great reviews, I didn't think it looked like it would be fireproof and waterproof. There is no way to test whether it is fireproof or not, but I did test its waterproof characteristics. I put a dry newspaper in the bag, sealed it as well as possible and put it in a bathtub of water for five minutes. I was careful not to let water in as I opened it, but the newspaper was wet and the inside of the bag was soaked. Needless to say, I do not trust its fireproof ability any more than its waterproop ability. I will be returning it.

VERY WELL MADE!
After closing my safety deposit box at my bank I needed something to put my important papers, passports, etc. Very well made! Heavier than expected! Exactly what I needed! Very COST effective too!

I bought this bag for my elderly parents to put their legal documents and financial documents in for safe keeping.It is roomie & everything fit. Flexible and lightweight.Hopefully, we never have to put it to the test.
