Q: Would this be ok to use in cold process soap?

It would depend on how much you use,I mixed it heavy for painting and it stained my hands.

Q: Can this be used for a paint war an/or does it stain clothing?

The label does say “ pigments can stain “. I’ve only used for preschool age children

Q: Can I use this to color sand for a science project?

I think you can if you only mix it with a small am't of water.

Q: Would this be safe to put in home made play dough?

It does not say “ non toxic” on the label but is AP certified so I am assuming that it is and it would be suitable to use. I make play dough all the time and just use a few drops of food color.
