Plcar-500 Capsules, 90 Count

Any vinegar smell means it's PLCAR, and not GPLC, at least in my experience from buying bulk powder years ago. Open a capsule and it should taste like it, too. When you try to find PLCAR, you typically find GPLC, which is Glycine PLCAR, which is supposedly superior, but for me it isn't.PLCAR helped my resless legs brilliantly when everything else failed, yet I was unable to find the real thing for years and years. I could find GPLC, and I wasted a lot of money on different brands hoping for a similar effect, but nothing.I'm so glad I could find this, although my legs haven't been bothering me severly of late. I almost wish I'd have a bout to test this. It does have a general calming effect on muscles without any sedation, or maybe it's just plecebo, but i'll take what I can get and probably order again.Anyone else try this for Restless Legs or general Muscle discomfort? I'd like to hear about it!

Mine arrived a stinky gooey mess. The capsules "melted". I think PLCAR absorbs moisture very well, so that's probably what happened. Return was fast and easy.

Strange smell and taste, unlike any supplement I've every used. I didn't notice any effect in any way.

I have not experienced any desired results from using this product.
