Well packaged and works well; however, batteries immediately were low and needed to be replaced. Knock off some of the price and don't include batteries, so they will always be fresh

The alarm on this is extremely delayed. The door needs to be open for a while before it goes off. The chime works more quickly. Kinda cheap. Batteries that came with it I immediately replaced. I don’t think it was worth $30 for the set. $10
