If a bin can be fabulous, then this is!
Perfect for all our kitchen waste & recycling.

Brilliant as long as you have a large space around it!
It’s great fun to have a bin that opens and closes automatically, but as our kitchen is quite small we find that we’re forever causing the lid to open when we’re passing! We’ve accepted it now, and just giggle, but it was annoying to start with and we’ll be wearing the batteries down more quickly than expected. Otherwise though, the main part is a good capacity and the recycling drawer is ample too. The only problem is finding bin liners big enough for the main section.

Love it, and great service
I love this bin, athough I did buy inner caddies to divide the top into 2 sections, as I wanted 4 decent sized sections, and the compost caddy isn't big enough. The lid stopped working after a month but, I have to say, the customer service when I reported the issue was excellent, and they replaced the lid immediately!

Great Addition!
It took awhile for me to justify paying this much for a trash bin but it has been a great addition to the kitchen. It is very well made and love opening the top with a wave while cooking. Having food waste, general and recycling all together is very nice and a good amount of space.

Smart and practical bin
This is a smart looking bin that is practical. It looks great in the kitchen. My only issue is - if I bend down to place something in the recycling drawer inactivate the top lid with my head - so it slaps my forehead. 🙄 Nothing major. Love the bin for organisation - bin liners for general waste needs to be stretched but once you have the hang of it it’s fine.

An excellent product
I strongly recommend this bin. It’s of good quality and very functional and the compartments are well-designed.I especially like the sensor of the bin. It works really well. Apart from using the sensor, one can choose to press the open/close button manually if one wants to keep the lid open for longer. This is really convenient. This is the best bin I have used so far. I’m really happy with it.

Getting increasingly frustrated with trying to clean this...
Bought this in Oct 2020 when the price was lower at £129. The first model went wrong within a couple of weeks and the top stopped opening properly, like it was getting stuck. The company had the audacity to ask me if the lid was clean??? I clean the bin with wet wipes at least 3 times a day, but due to the design, it is very hard to clean it efficiently.Anyway they sent me a whole new bin, but the metal part was damaged, so I kept my bin part, and just swapped the lids over. Hey presto, it finally worked as it should, so happy for the most part. They finally collected the old one many months later. However, having had this bin for a while, we have had other issues with it. There are no rubber seals to the mechanics, so when condensation builds up occasionally in the bin, the battery compartment gets very damp. The screws have all gone rusty too... Really not that difficult to use stainless steel screws?!!There are many parts to the lid that are impossible to keep clean, so them saying in the description that's its hygienic, is simply not true! Please see photos of the parts that are impossible. I have spent 15 mins just now trying to clean around the buttons, and this is what it looks like after.Added to that I just wiped the inside with a towel, and one of the rubber stoppers came out of its hole. Spent another 10 mins trying to get it back in, as it has a slightly wider bung to stop this happening, but I couldn't shove it back in no matter what I used. I've now have to super glue it in place. The size of the bin is OK, and it's easy to empty the bin bags that we use, as they lift out without any issues, but the recycling part gets full within half a day. Also there seems to be a plastic lining to the main part of the bin, and this is now peeling away, so again, not so hygienic.Honestly even for the lower price, that I paid, I would have expected more.I do advise you to stock up on rechargeable batteries, they do last a long time actually, but ours take a while to recharge, so easier to have a spare set. 6 AA batteries is a lot!

Good
Be careful of your head when you bend down to put items in the recycle section 😁
