OK, was hesitant about writing a review because I almost did not want others to know how good this series and the others from Mr Hall are.This is titled detailed instruction, and you really get details, from the fundamentals of the position and attacks, to making them part of your game. Am a big believer in the philosophy Crawl, Walk, Run. That's how most of us get to the point where we can pull off attacks and defenses in a fluid manner. Mr Hall builds from the fundamentals so that later you can see how to develop your own setups.And yes was able to pull off new submissions in class, but better, really understand what was making them more effective.
