Plus size woman and menstrual cup, LOVE IT!
(Tmi) So I i bought the larger size cup as I've given birth twice, back to back and since my tubal my period is pretty heavy most of the time. I have only been using this cup for a short time and its the first time I've ever used a cup in my life.. BUT I absolutely love my menstrual cup! Its decently easy to insert and pretty easy to take out. It works! It hasn't leaked once and it lasted for 3 1/2 hours while i went to run errands and didn't leak or need emptying, I didn't have to worry about it over spilling into my underwear like a pad will, it doesn't get all over me like a pad does, and I don't have to sweat into a pad which is gross feeling. The only down side so far is when I emptied it just now after 3 1/2 hours it wasn't full but I did spill some so when I wiped it got all over my hand because I didn't know it spilled. But it was easy to clean up (same as if I was wearing a pad) and I'm sure I'll learn how to remove it without spilling with practice, plus it saves money in the long run, no more buying pads every month and saves our trash can a ton! It is awesome! Also I'm a plus size woman and can use this cup with ease!, its a little hard to get in but not so much that it takes forever or anything I'm just still new to this and need practice. I'm tall (6'1) so even though I'm plus size I can still reach my lady bits fairly easily. However its still a bit of a challenge getting around my belly lol.

Great product!
This is a very soft cup and the silicone is very nice! I have several menstrual cups and most of the large size cups put pressure on my bladder and urethra, slowing my flow and making me feel like I have to go more often. This one doesn't do that. It's tricky getting this one to pop open cause it's soooo soft, so I would only recommend it to experienced cup users. The softness of this cup combined with its strong suction makes it a bit harder to break the seal, but not enough to put me off using it. I get soar from the grip rings on other cups chaffing me, but There are no grip rings on this cup so I dont get any irritation down there at all which is a huge plus. Overall I really love this cup. Highly recommend if firmer cups are causing you cramping, bladder or urethra pressure or for irritation from the grip rings.

Great product idea!
Much cheaper than wearing tampons every month and great protection! Way less waste! It took some time to get used to how to insert it, but once I figured it out, I love it! I have heavy flow and feel way more protected with this than I did with a tampon or pad. I still wear a liner, but it seals great so don't normally have trouble with leaking. It holds a lot so that's a bonus as well. The only downfall is you may feel uncomfortable emptying and cleaning it in a public restroom with many stalls. But, because it doesn't need to be emptied as frequently as a tampon needs to be changed, I am normally able to work around that problem by finding a private bathroom as needed.

Best for young person with a light flow
I’ve been a cup user for about 5 years, and tried the size 2 Sustain cup for three months.I will say this to start, every body is different, and my experience may not be yours, but if you fit a similar build to me this review may be helpful.I have a moderate flow, I gave birth vaginally about a year ago, and am in my late twenties. Pros:clear, easy to clean and easy to see when it’s clean.Flexible, easy to insert (but difficult to get it to pop open.)Cleaning cup that is comes with is awesome, making sanitizing a breeze.Cons: it’s too flexible for me, it’s difficult to get it to open and create a seal.I think this cup would be great for someone young, who had not given birth, with a light to moderate flow.High quality and awesome cleaning cup!

It's soft but maybe too soft
I was able to put in without a problem. I did the tug test to make sure it was getting suction, it stayed put so I figured I was fine. Well I'm getting spotting. So I check around the sides to make sure it popped open. It did so I thought. Did the tug test again.Wore it while swimming so I don't really know how well it was working but post swimming it was leaking. Not a lot but enough. I found the extraction process to be more difficult than I anticipated and messy. I'm not a fan. Might possibly use again but only if absolutely necessary for swimming or something. Otherwise it wasn't worth the hassle IMO. I took a quiz to find out which brand and size is a good fit and this was one of my matches. But tampons are a whole lot easier especially at work since it's only supposed to be used 6 hours.I don't find this is stiff enough to open properly nor do I find it can be removed well because it's difficult to break the suction.May get flex next. Apparently breaks the seal for you with a pull tab.I have tried so many folds to get this to open and it just doesn't fully open. I have spotting so I know it's not open.My suggestions are get a different chip that's not so soft. Then insert with the opening of the fold facing your backside and wait a few min after you insert. Apparently it needs a few min to get in place.

Life changing!
If you haven’t tried a period cup, now is your time!! Sustain natural products are safe and amazing! Their period cup is no different. The little cleaning/storing container is extremely convenient as well. I use this religiously!!!
